This unique mobile clarifier is comprised of three settling tanks that measure 5'Lx2'Dx3'H in total once constructed. In the first two tanks, sediment drops to the bottom of tanks and allows oil to separate from the water and float to the top of the water level, at which time the oil is absorbed by special absorption buoys (pillows). Solids are removed through the 3" dump valves when needed and the oil buoys are removed and disposed of properly out of the top of the tanks once pillows are full. Once the majority of sediment and oil are removed, the waste water flows to the third tank, which contains a 1/3 HP trash pump with automatic float switch to transfer wastewater to a sewer line or holding tank.
